opencourse.dev and the public catalog, catalog.opencourse.dev, are published by Sergei Kravtsov, a private individual in France, on a non-professional basis. As French law allows a non-professional publisher, the publisher's postal address is not published here; it is known to the host. Sergei Kravtsov is also the director of publication.

Reporting a course
Courses in the catalog are written and published by their authors. To report one that is illegal, infringes your rights or breaks the terms, write to contact@opencourse.dev with:
- the course's address on catalog.opencourse.dev;
- what is wrong with it, and where in the course;
- for a copyright or other rights claim, the work concerned and why the rights are yours;
- your name and how to reach you.
Every report is read promptly. A course found to be illegal or infringing is removed from the catalog, and its publisher is told why. Copies that learners already added live on their own Macs, where the catalog cannot reach them.
Security problems go privately through GitHub instead, so they are not public before they are fixed.
